Each item is individually embroidered in Chicago - therefore there's a production schedule in place. This is to ensure quality, delivery time, and not to overwhelm our manufacturing partners.
Orders placed will need roughly 4 - 5 weeks for production time. Delivery is standard postal timing. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. are still reporting delays with shipment which is beyond our control so thank you for your understanding.
